DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This agreement has been established electronically between the Seller and the Buyer whose information is provided below.

Buyer: The person who shops through the website www.paworia.store.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the paworia.store website belonging to the Seller.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sale price of the products are as stated on the website.

4. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay for the purchased product using the selected payment method.

5. Delivery

Purchased products are shipped within the specified period after order confirmation. The delivery time is stated on the product page.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be contacted.

7. Return Conditions

Products to be returned must be unused and in resalable condition.

8. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.

The Buyer who completes the purchase is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
